Originally from Japan, she has built her career across multiple countries, bringing a global perspective and a passion for making healthcare more accessible. With a strong background in business development and client relations, she founded LabLog with the vision of providing fast, reliable, and affordable laboratory testing services to individuals, healthcare professionals, and businesses throughout the Philippines. Guided by integrity, innovation, and genuine care for people, Hiroka is committed to building lasting partnerships while making a meaningful difference in the communities LabLog serves.
Jonas Hidalgo
Co-Founder & Product Director
Jonas Hidalgo is the Co-Founder and Product Director of Lablog. With a background in fitness, wellness, and business development, he has spent much of his career helping people take a more proactive approach to their health. After working internationally in Hong Kong, Jonas returned to the Philippines with a vision of making advanced genetic testing more accessible to Filipino families. At Lablog, he leads strategic partnerships, business development, and patient education initiatives, helping bridge the gap between genetic science and everyday healthcare. As a father and entrepreneur, he is passionate about empowering individuals with the knowledge they need to make informed health decisions and embrace preventive healthcare.
Allan Henry Nadong
Chief Operating Officer
Allan Henry Nadong, RMT is a Registered Medical Technologist with over 10 years of professional experience in clinical laboratory and hospital settings. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science in 2015 and has since developed extensive experience in laboratory operations, diagnostic testing, quality management, and patient-centered healthcare services. At LABLOG PHILIPPINES INC., Allan oversees the company’s overall operations, including the coordination of laboratory and diagnostic services, implementation of operational policies and quality standards, management of partner laboratories and healthcare providers, and supervision of specimen collection, processing, and logistics workflows. With his combination of clinical laboratory expertise, operational leadership, and industry experience, Allan contributes to LABLOG PHILIPPINES INC.’s commitment to providing accessible, reliable, and high-quality laboratory and diagnostic solutions.
